"We had a great family trip at the Krystal Grand hotel in Puerto Vallarta. My son loves the swimming pool and the kids club and I like the fact that not only is the food really good but service is top notch. The bartenders do a wonderful job quickly getting the beverages and they have good quality booze. Breakfast is good but lunch and dinner is great! The French and Italian restaurants were my favorite. I really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in 6 months."

"It has been 10 years since we stayed at an all inclusive resort in Puerto Vallarta. We last stayed in 2013 when this property was known as the Hilton Puerto Vallarta. I have to admit that as much as we enjoyed our last visit, this time was much more enjoyable. We stayed in an ocean front room with two double beds, which were quite comfortable. The wifi worked great in the room and there was no shortage of hot water. Our mini bar was stocked daily. We ate at the a la carte restaurants and really enjoyed the Steakhouse. The buffet restaurant was excellent with a different theme each night of the week. We really have to give out props to the buffet staff for going above and beyond for making our stay a pleasure."
