"The staff here are absolutely amazing. One of my favourite spots is Off the Hook sushi bar which is located on the 3rd floor. My friends Jesus and Phillipe are the mix masters behind the bar while the wonderful Ericka rolls up a to die for dessert sushi roll. I can’t say enough good things about panama jacks resort it is truly a 5 star experience on a four star budget."

"When I first arrived at the hotel, I inquired about an upgrade to a room with a view. I was very disappointed with the upgraded room because the view was obstructed. I explained the situation to Alejandro at the front desk and expressed my disappointment with the upgrade not meeting my expectations. Alejandro went above and beyond to find a better room and had me promptly moved. He was very honest and took care of everything. It made my vacation very relaxing and enjoyable."
