"We booked this place on a whim and I am so glad that we did. The Hacienda is different from the Altitude, though you have access to both facilities. The Hacienda is much quieter and mostly couples, which is the exact vibe we were looking for. Our room was beautiful and so was the pool. What really made the trip special though was the staff. Our first point of contact was Griselda and she was so warm and kind, making sure that we knew where everything was and answering all of the questions we had. We spent most of our time by the pool, and the waitstaff was incredible. Hector, Caesar and Carlos seemed to always appear when we needed something, and always seemed to remember our drink orders without us even requesting anything. It was my birthday the last day of our trip and they brought out a cake and sang to me poolside and just made the day really special. It all felt really personal and like they really cared that we had the best time possible. The food was actually really good for an all inclusive resort, especially the breakfast place El Buffet. Catherin and Emma greeted me with smiles every morning when I stopped by for an early breakfast and I loved getting to chat with them every day. They were so sweet and always took great care of us. They also made a big deal out of my birthday, surprising me with a cake and a bottle of champagne. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better trip. This place was beautiful, the service was impeccable and we will absolutely be back. As soon as possible!"
